Originally from Paris, France, Kodat is known for high-energy club bangers and electrifying pop remixes. Streamed internationally, Kodat’s tracks have been picked up by some of the world’s biggest DJs including Major Lazer, Diplo and R3hab, and danced to at the world’s biggest EDM festivals like Miami Music Week and EDC Vegas.
Kodat broke into 2020 by signing two major record deals: one with Spinnin’ Records for Jersey Club banger “DTL (Drop That Low)”, and another with Dutch mega producer Tiësto’s label Musical Freedom for club hit “Take Me With You”. Since then, the dance track reached the TOP 10 Beatport and has been supported by fellow artists like The Chainsmokers, David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Timmy Trumpet and many more.
Following his popular 2022 remix of “Stay” by Kid Laroi and Justin Bieber, a fusion of drum & bass with ‘80s elements, Kodat released The Weeknd’s “Is There Someone Else?” in the same style, which was immediately featured on radio playlist “Diplo’s Revolution” on Sirius XM and handpicked by Diplo for his official Spotify Formula 1 playlist.

Kodat went viral again in March for his Jersey Club meme remix of Will Smith’s Oscar scandal, which hit 100k plays within 3 days on Instagram and got picked up by global media platforms MixMag and EDM.com.

The Frenchie had an equally eventful 2021, dropping remixes of Ariana Grande’s “Bad Idea” and El Alfa’s “La Mama De La Mama” which went viral on TikTok.
He was then approached by DJ Eva Shaw to remix her single “Pop Out”, which went on to become the official soundtrack of the horror movie “Dreamcatcher”.

Kodat’s career first skyrocketed after his “Beat It” (Michael Jackson) remix went viral - within days, well known radios, blogs, and DJs were requesting permission to feature the track. Taking a gamble, Kodat remixed more ‘80s and ‘00s hits from Madonna to Modjo, and found them instantly championed by influential industry tastemakers and artists like Tiësto, David Guetta, JSTJR, Carnage, Yellow Claw and Baauer.
In 2023, a thrilling milestone emerged in his journey as a musician, as he was bestowed with the incredible opportunity of being signed by the legendary Swedish House Mafia for an official remix of their electrifying single, "Can U Feel It." Collaborating with such iconic figures in the music industry was a dream come true, and it marked a pivotal moment in his career.
